Hockey Stick Galaxy NGC4656

Description NGC4656 is a strange looking edge-on spiral with one side significantly brighter than the other. The entire galaxy is deformed and twisted at the outside edges od the disk, giving it the visual shape of a hockey stick.
Constellation Canes Venatici, the two hunting dogs of Bootes: Astarion and Chara.
