December 3, 1950: Born in a hospital in Hibbing Minnesota.
June 9, 1970: Drafted into the US Army due to an abysmally low lottery number (57).
February 11, 1972: Discharged from the Army due to Nixon's re-election pledge to cut the number of troops in Vietnam.
July 7, 1977: Purchased a 31' Southern Cross sailboat from Ryder Custom Yachts of Newport, Rhode Island.
October 31, 1980: Took an early retirement and embarked on a seven year sailing expedition.
April 14, 1981: Married Willette Clowes on the beach near the yacht club on Chub Cay in the central Bahamas.
December 30, 1985: First daughter (Patricia Roxann) born while living on the sailboat at a private dock in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
December 19, 1987: Bought a house on the New River in Lauderdale Isles, Florida.
May 26, 1990: Second daughter (Elizabeth Nicole) born in the bedroom at home in Lauderdale Isles, Florida.
March 31, 1999: Purchased a Meade 12" LX200 from the Nature Store in Orlando, Florida.
December 5, 2001: Elected President of the Astronomical Society of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, Florida.
March 10, 2003: Founded this web site.
